Course refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on course packages if you've completed fewer than two weeks of the course. To request a refund, email info@coparentingcrew.com with your enrolment email and we'll process it within 5 business days.
Book refunds
If your hardcover arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Ebook purchases can be refunded within 14 days if the file won't open on your device and we can't help you fix it.
Shipping
Hardcovers ship worldwide for a flat A$4.99. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days; delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–10 business days within Australia, longer internationally). Ebooks are delivered instantly by download link after checkout.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
