Return and Refund Policy

Need to arrange for a return or a refund?

No worries.

Just contact us and our friendly customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please include: order number and email address to best contract you on, so we can expedite your request as fast as possible.

If a product is returned for any reason other than it being faulty or not as described, the customer is liable for postage.
If the product is faulty a new copy will be supplied.Please take a photo of the damaged book within 1 day of receiving it and and email the photo to us atcoparentingcrew@gmail.com.
eBooks and other digital products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase unless faulty.
Goods that are packaged with an eBook or other digital product, or an access code, cannot be returned or exchanged if the ebook/digital product/access code has been opened or accessed unless faulty.
Refunds will be made to the same credit card (or tender type) that was charged for the original purchase.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be given for change of mind.Co Parenting Crew is not obliged to provide a refund or replacement for return requests due to ‘change of mind’.

Please note that at no time will Co Parenting Crew provide a ‘change of mind’ return or refund for the purchase of ebooks.
